Home Care Assistant
The Home Health Care field is forecast to increase by 40% by 2013. Get in on employment opportunities as a Private Duty Home Care Assistant, Personal Home Care Aide, Home Companion or Family Caregiver. This course delivers essential training that covers medical terminology, primary principles for the care of the ill and dying, communication, environment, infection control, nutrition, hygiene, emergency procedures, family needs and more. Job search guidelines help you start your career.
Home Care Assistants provide no medical care.
Certificate awarded.
